We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Outside Sales Project Manager
to join our
Miami Rental Fence Division
(based in
Davie, FL ). In this role, you’ll drive
business development, project coordination, and client satisfaction
throughout the South Florida region. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, managing projects and key accounts, from initial contact to project completion. Ensuring each installation meets our high standards of quality and service.

Position Overview The
Outside Sales Project Manager
will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and overseeing rental fence projects from proposal through completion. This role combines
sales, project management, team collaboration, and customer relationship building , serving as a key representative of Smith Fence in the Miami market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through
cold calling, networking events, and on-site customer visits
across the Miami and South Florida territory.
Conduct
job site walks
for construction and event projects, assessing site needs and recommending solutions.
Prepare and present
quotes, estimates, and proposals
in a timely, professional manner.
Follow up on open opportunities and
close sales
to achieve or exceed monthly goals.
Coordinate with the
Operations Team
to schedule and manage installations.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate take-offs and estimates.
Oversee project progress and
ensure quality installations
that meet client expectations.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
based on trust and excellent service.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals — because at Smith Fence,

Qualifications
Sales experience in construction, site services, or related industries
required.
Strong understanding of construction project workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and smartphone applications.
Experience using
estimating or take-off software
(e.g., Bluebeam) preferred.
Ability to
read and interpret blueprints and construction documents .
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
A professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Additional Requirements
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be insurable under company policy.
