Overview

Senior Account Executive – Western U.S. market for In-Store Fresh (ISF), blending North America Foodservice (NAF) and North America Retail (NAR) expertise. Lead account management, deepen relationships, drive distribution, and influence growth across major chains such as Albertsons, Smith’s, Bashas, Winco, Associated Foods, Foodland, Sprouts, and others. Key Accountabilities

Relationship Building – Cultivate multi-layered business relationships with assigned retail chains and distributors. Sales Leadership – Develop and maintain customer relationships at HQ/Corporate and regional levels; lead a brokerage sales team, set targets, provide training, and conduct performance reviews. Sales Execution – Achieve annual sales targets; develop retailer/distributor and broker strategies to accelerate new item distribution on breads/rolls and frozen baked goods while exceeding volume targets. Planning & Forecasting – Forecast business and provide monthly management review (MBR) narratives; explore strategic retailer partnerships to grow business and leverage category management selling stories. Trade Efficiency – Develop and apply promotion analysis insights, adhere to trade budget/spend, and collaborate on best-in-class promotional offers. Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of NAF or NAR sales or equivalent B2B sales experience. Self-starter capable of remote workload with 40% travel across Western U.S. Record of delivering results and influencing cross-functional teams. Strategic business development, strong communication and collaboration skills, executive presence, and team‑environment competence. Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Foodservice or Retail sales or equivalent B2B experience. Influence, negotiation, and broker management experience. Systems experience (Salesforce, Tableau, CTM, Nielsen, Sales Volume, etc.). Working knowledge of customer service, logistics/transportation, and supply chain; culinary experience handling/producing products in retail bakeries or production facilities is a plus. Dynamic sales professionalism with passion for innovation, results, collaboration, and teamwork. Salary Range
