Job Description Deploy Software, White Glove, Equity. This is a fully remote role with occasional client travel. You will act as the main point of contact for deployments, working closely with internal technical teams and executive leadership at enterprise‑level clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success and/or Account Manager experience.
Work directly with executive leadership of enterprise‑level clients.
Serve as the main POC during software deployment.
Ensure 100% service excellence, hyper‑detail orientation, and flawless execution.
Present and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Tech background is nice to have.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS.
Servant leader mindset.
No C2C employment.
Additional Information
Remuneration includes base salary + yearly bonus + equity.
