Who We Are:
We help school districts eliminate the finance blind spot by providing real-time visibility into every dollar collected, whether it’s cash, check, or digital. Our platform gives district finance teams the confidence to manage all funds—from field trips to fundraisers—while simplifying payments, accounting, and reporting. Trusted by more than 26,000 schools across North America, KEV manages over $4 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, we simplify bookkeeping, build trust with parents, and give finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. We help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on student success. Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing heavily to support K–12 in an era of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast‑changing technology. Our headquarters are in Toronto, with offices across North America.
