About the Role Specialize in a revolutionary form of life insurance called LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, a product you don’t have to die to collect. We are partnered with over 25 industry‑leading carriers to bring a portfolio of products they can be proud to offer.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leveraging a unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and zero time on lead hunting.
Client Consultation: Performing comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentation: Delivering captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conducting regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
Market Research: Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilizing this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
Sales Reporting: Keeping precise and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Preparing regular reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
Pay Range and Compensation Package 100% commission based, plus incentives with no caps. Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance‑based and paid every month on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale.
