Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Attend 3-5 pre‑qualified appointments

to consult directly with local homeowners.

Conduct detailed project measurements

and walk customers through premium coating options.

Deliver strong, digital presentations

to close high-ticket residential and commercial projects.

Maintain high closing percentages

by confidently handling objections with clarity.

Deliver a 5-star experience

focused on building quick trust and professional clarity.

Manage your follow‑up pipeline

in the CRM to maximize conversions and momentum.

2-4+ years of successful experience

in in-home or consultative outside sales.

Proven history of closing high-ticket products

in residential environments.

Strong technical proficiency

with tablets, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.

Highly motivated and competitive

with a focus on performance-based earnings.

Disciplined habits

regarding schedule management and pipeline follow-up.

Relationship building skills

to quickly earn trust and create premium experiences.

Compensation & Schedule

Earnings:

$100K-$150K OTE annually (100% Uncapped Commissions)
