Territory Account Representative – Dane, Columbia and Jefferson Counties
Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin – The Versiti organization offers a world‑renowned Blood Research Institute, diagnostic labs, and plays a key role in improving patient outcomes across healthcare.
Position Summary The Territory Account Representative is a highly competitive field sales role responsible for developing strategies to source and qualify new accounts and conduct productive blood drives to meet monthly territory blood collection needs. This position is critical to ensuring a stable public blood supply.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly collection goals and booking targets with emphasis on accuracy, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and customer service.
Actively prospect and network to continually add new, productive blood drive opportunities.
Identify and evaluate key motivators within each organization to secure commitment and follow‑through for optimal participation at blood drives.
Manage blood drive details and outcomes: schedule resources, ensure appropriate site, communicate details internally and with external partners, forecast production, define expectations, provide tools, timelines and training, schedule communication touch points, and monitor outcomes.
Appraise existing accounts to identify improvement opportunities, create a strategy, and engage account leadership.
On‑site recruit as needed, including evenings or weekends.
Develop and maintain relationships with account points of contact and key leaders.
Collaborate with marketing/communications to develop blood drive strategies and prepare supporting content.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful blood drives and provide excellent internal customer service.
Keep account records up to date (title and contact information).
Document and provide feedback on issues regarding customer needs, satisfaction, expansion opportunities, competitor activities, and related information.
Perform and comply with all policies and standards.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Associate’s Degree with relevant sales and/or event management experience also considered but preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of direct business-to-business sales experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record of sales success.
