Job Description We’re looking for an

Account Manager

to grow and expand relationships within our existing customer base. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for driving revenue through cross‑sell, upsell, and expansion of CCT’s SaaS offerings. This person will work in tight partnership with Client Success Managers to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and support long‑term account health.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Account Growth & Sales Execution: Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts by identifying cross‑sell and upsell needs, positioning relevant CCT solutions, and managing the full expansion sales cycle

Partnership with Client Success: Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers to align on account objectives, customer health, renewal timelines, and areas for value expansion

Customer Relationship Management: Establish trusted advisor status with key customer stakeholders through ongoing engagement, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of customer business needs

Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate expansion pipeline, forecast revenue reliably, and ensure proper usage of CRM categories, notes, and deal stages

Product & Solution Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CCT’s platform and offerings to effectively communicate value, tailor solutions, and guide customers toward the right products

Renewal Support: Contribute to renewal strategy and execution by ensuring expansion and adoption activities support long‑term customer retention

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to support campaigns, messaging, segmentation, and customer insights that drive expansion opportunities

Revenue Reporting & Accountability: Track KPIs related to expansion revenue, quota attainment, product adoption, and customer engagement. Leverage data to drive strategy and prioritize efforts

Requirements

5+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales

Experience selling or expanding SaaS or recurring‑revenue offerings

Consistent performance to meet or exceed quota/plan

Strong ability to identify customer needs and match them to product value

Experience collaborating closely with Customer Success or Support teams

Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines effectively

Data‑driven mindset with comfort using reports, KPIs, and dashboards

Bonus for experience in the casino, hospitality, or fintech industries

Bonus for familiarity with MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar qualification frameworks
