The Indirect Auto Loan Servicing Rep is responsible for post-closing review and booking of consumer loan products (indirect auto, business and individual). Expected Work Hours: 40 Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness including amount, rate, term, vehicle descriptions, signatures and approvals. Discount loans for booking. Compare amount financed to Dealer contract terms and calculate the loan amount financed when there is a difference in the loan approval terms. This includes amount financed, term and interest rate. Book and fund loans. Reconcile daily loans that are booked and funded to be in proof prior to submitting ACH funding file. Resolve customer account issues. Enters loan documentation into Harland, Dealer Track and Route One systems and follow up with auto dealerships for missing or corrected documents. Ensure that loan officers' approval and conditions have been met. Review underwriting exceptions with the Underwriting staff and resolve prior to booking loans. Performs quality control of loans booked to ensure accuracy of set-ups in Miser and Smart Search. Ensure customer information has transferred from Harland system and that loan is booked and funded. Requirements

Required Skills: Knowledge of lending terminology and loan documents used in Indirect Auto Lending. Ability to book, fund, and research information on indirect auto loans on the Harland to Miser system including field changes/modifications when necessary and history information. Ability to read and interpret documents such as credit applications, approvals, loan documents, letters and procedure manuals. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Strong phone skills. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic PC skills using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to organize - prioritize daily work assignments. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to use strong interpersonal skills to clarify instructions from Auto Dealer Services and other bank representatives to resolve problems and correct discrepancies. Required Experience: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years' loan servicing experience. Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Associates Degree preferred.
