SME Level Strategy And Policy Analyst
Markon is seeking a SME Level Strategy and Policy Analyst to support a senior Intelligence Community program in Bethesda, Maryland. This role provides strategic, performance, and enterprise-level analysis to help government sponsors align portfolio investments, technical architectures, and mission priorities. Responsibilities: Support the sponsor's strategic planning and prioritization efforts. Apply performance management best practices, including analytics, benchmarking, and metrics. Maintain awareness of enterprise architecture for technical collection and its relationship to the IC portfolio. Track IC technical investment strategies, goals, performance targets, and architectures. Develop decision-support recommendations, including strategies, roadmaps, risks, capability gaps, dependencies, and funding impacts. Ensure alignment across strategy, performance, and architecture. Serve as a liaison with IC program managers, DoD partners, and industry. Support government clients with program planning, schedules, reporting, and executive briefings. Communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical senior audiences. Produce deliverables in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF formats. Qualifications: Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10-13 years. Expert knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management. Expert knowledge of the IPPBE process. Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, senior-level environment. Desired Qualifications Military or J2 experience. Technical degree in Engineering or Science. Broad IC experience with DoD touch points. Salary Range: USD $165,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
