Aerospace Assembler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Assembler to join our production team. The primary responsibility is to assemble, inspect, and test aerospace components and systems to meet exacting industry and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in aerospace or similar industries, with a focus on precision, quality, and adherence to engineering specification. Department: Production/Manufacturing Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4x10 schedule 5am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $16.50 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities

Assemble aerospace components and systems such as wings, fuselage parts, engines, and control systems according to blueprints and technical instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and efficiently. Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate builds. Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, documenting results as required. Safely handle, position, and secure materials and parts during the assembly process. Identify and address assembly issues, making adjustments or reporting problems to supervisors as needed. Adhere to all regulatory and company safety standards, including the handling of hazardous materials or components. Maintain accurate logs of assembly activities, inspections, and test results. Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to meet production goals and resolve technical challenges. Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in aerospace assembly or a related manufacturing field is preferred. Familiarity with aerospace tools, materials, and processes, including riveting, bonding, and torqueing. Strong focus on precision, quality, and adherence to specifications. Ability to lift up to [30lbs], stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a controlled environment. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
