Maserati / Alpha Romero is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team of talented professionals! Duties/Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Write up repair orders for customer owned vehicles Write up repair orders for new and used stock vehicles Keep customers and sales department updated regularly regarding repair order progress and repair completion Follow up with all customers and the sales department when their special-order parts arrive. Post service visit follow up with customers Maintain above national average CSI score Make service appointments Make the service manager aware of any potential customer or repair issues. Required Skills/Abilities Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, functions, repairs and parts. Possess mechanical and automotive parts/service experience Ability to understand service sales training and new product information Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.
