Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days The role you'll contribute: Provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight of prevention and control. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based strategies to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), improve patient and employee safety, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. Performs ongoing surveillance, monitors outbreak reports, and delivers targeted training to healthcare teams to reduce the spread of infectious diseases. Working collaboratively with executive leadership, clinical teams, and community stakeholders, the Executive Director drives innovation, fosters a culture of safety, and promotes best practices that safeguard the health of patients, staff, and the community. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's (Required), Master's Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Infection Control Certification (CIC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Six Sigma - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $120,753.52 - $224,614.47 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
