The Director of Product Management owns the product vision, strategy, and execution for Fanatics Collectibles' trading card game business. This role leads product strategy across physical and digital experiences and partners closely with Design, Art, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to bring the TCG to market and scale it as a live ecosystem. Define and own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the TCG business Lead and scale the TCG product management team Partner with Design and Art leadership to translate creative vision into product plans Drive prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs across physical and digital initiatives Align product strategy with business goals, licensing requirements, and fan needs Represent Product in executive and cross-functional leadership forums Minimum 10 years of product management experience Minimum 5 years leading product teams or major product portfolios Experience launching and scaling consumer products or live services Experience working in highly cross-functional environments Strong product strategy, execution, and people leadership skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities Data-informed decision-making paired with sound judgment Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new product capabilities Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be onsite in-office five days per week. The salary range for this position is $173,000 - $216,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
