This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and support business operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate adaptability, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Job Duties: Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (including depot, engineering, receiving, quality control, and shipping) to address escalations and ensure timely resolution of repair or service issues. Analyze production data, lead times, and resource availability to evaluate the feasibility of production plans. Prepare and deliver reports on production status, performance metrics, and operational challenges to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established work practices. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and offer actionable business recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, clearly convey information, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective time management skills with a consistent ability to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar role preferred. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the California Fair Chance Act, City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance. For unincorporated Los Angeles county, to the extent our customers require a background check for certain positions, the Company faces a significant risk to its business operations and business reputation unless a review of criminal history is conducted for those specific job positions.
