Job Description
The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, is seeking an In-Person Sales Development Representative for a prominent client. This position is remote with heavy travel.
Pay: $23.10/hr
5 ½ month assignment
Position will visit a high volume of restaurant prospects in your assigned territory each week to introduce and secure qualified meetings for the Outside Sales team
Position will also identify restaurant owners or key decision makers and build trust through concise, in-person conversations, as well as accurately log all visits, conversations, and outcomes in Salesforce and other sales tools with strong attention to detail
Position will deliver a compelling pitch on how the company helps restaurants grow orders, reach new customers, and optimize operations
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in outbound sales, canvassing, field marketing, or other customer facing work
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
Experience in restaurant, food, beverage, or local business preferred
Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRMs preferred
Willingness to work restaurant friendly hours when needed, including some early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
