Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Bonus + Benefits Seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mission-critical data center projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of high-reliability electrical systems and large project execution. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities and crews Manage field teams, subcontractors, and scheduling to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and VDC/BIM teams Ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards Monitor manpower, materials, and progress to stay on budget and on schedule Lead daily jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams Mentor foremen and junior field staff to promote growth and accountability Qualifications:
10+ years in electrical construction, including 5+ years as a superintendent Proven success leading mission-critical or data center projects Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, and backup systems OSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Smartsheet Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer:
