The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. This role manages all aspects of the Food & Beverage division which includes all restaurants, bars & lounges, banquets, room service, private bars and stewarding. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the organization's Food & Beverage Division, providing leadership and guidance to colleagues, and coordinating the recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of personnel in the Food & Beverage Division. The Director will also provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member performance, uphold Five-Star service standards, and oversee financial success. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or relevant work experience, skills, and knowledge that are deemed comparable to a degree. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolong extended periods of standing is required.
