Responsible for the total sales activity of the hotels / executing sales and marketing strategies. Plan and implement ongoing action plans and sales activity/strategies. Maintain existing accounts and securing new accounts. Collaborate with GMs to develop and maintain marketing plan and sales budget. Participates in revenue management meetings/strategies using brand system and industry-driven sales tools. Coordinate group, transient, and negotiated rates to maximize revenues and profits. Sales Manager Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years in a hotel sales management role. Strong financial acumen, business planning, forecasting, sales budget. Hands-on and ownership mentality. Computer skills, systems, spreadsheets, organization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - articulate. High energy and positive demeanor with strong networking impetus.
