Benefits and Compensation: Base salary range: $130,000
$150,000 Annual Bonus Program Hybrid Work Environment Relocation Assistance Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental coverage 401(k) with company match 100% Tuition Reimbursement Paid Holidays, Sick, and Vacation Time Requirements & Qualifications (Hunter Priorities): Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required) 10+ years of progressive experience in electric utility operations, engineering, asset management, or system planning Strong expertise in capital planning, grid reliability, and condition-based investment decision-making 7+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or cross-functional initiatives Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present complex concepts to regulators, executives, and non-technical stakeholders Must Haves: Lead the Asset Management & System Planning departments to deliver long-term investment and reliability strategies Oversee development of the long-term T&D capital investment plan to align with system needs and regulatory requirements Ensure delivery of system planning studies for load growth, DER integration, and grid modernization initiatives Support regulatory filings including rate cases, storm dockets, and integrated grid planning documentation Champion cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and regulatory teams Align asset data, GIS, AMI insights, and engineering analysis to guide strategic decisions Manage budgets for capital, operations, and maintenance in alignment with company strategy Preferred Background & Skills: Professional Engineer (PE) license or advanced degree Experience leading regulatory filings such as rate cases or grid modernization plans Familiarity with resilience planning, climate vulnerability assessments, and integrated grid planning Proficiency in data-driven tools including AMI analytics, GIS, or capital planning models
