Cleanroom Assembly Technician A global leader supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join its production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical assembly, follows blueprints with precision, and takes pride in producing high-quality components in a controlled cleanroom environment. Pay Rate: $18.00$18.50 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 6:00 a.m.2:30 p.m. Training & Orientation: First week, 7:00 a.m.4:00 p.m. What You'll Do
Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints Perform leak testing and standard functional testing to ensure product quality Operate hand tools and power tools to complete precision assemblies Read and follow assembly instructions, parts lists, and specifications Conduct minor troubleshooting and support basic testing activities Inspect assemblies throughout the process to verify quality standards are met Communicate effectively with team members and leadership on the production floor Maintain cleanliness and compliance within a cleanroom manufacturing environment Support cross-training initiatives and assist with additional production tasks as needed What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED; technical coursework or associate degree preferred 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment Basic mechanical assembly skills and comfort with repetitive tasks Ability to read and interpret written instructions, blueprints, and schematics Experience with cable or harness assembly is a plus Familiarity with leak testing, subassembly testing, or inspection is preferred Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Basic computer skills and the ability to use standard software applications Math skills and willingness to cross-train Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs independently (more with assistance) Benefits & Perks
