About the Role: At Salem's Fresh Eats, we believe every guest deserves great food served fast and with a smile - and that starts with you! As a Crew Member, you'll be part of a versatile team that works across both the front and back of house to keep things running smoothly. Whether you're greeting guests at the counter, assembling orders, or cooking on the line, you'll play a vital role in maintaining quality, speed, and cleanliness. This is a hands-on position where teamwork, dependability, and energy make all the difference.
What You'll Do: Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately. Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to company standards. Maintain clean, organized work areas front, back, and drive-thru. Stock supplies and complete opening or closing tasks. Always follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines. At least 16 years of age (18+ preferred). Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours. Basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills. Florida ServSafe certification a plus.
