Account Specialists/ Medical Receptionists

Spherion Staffing is hiring for Account Specialists/ Medical Receptionists to join the team of a medical clinic in Wichita Falls, TX! Work schedule is full time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and pay range is $12.00- $16.00/hr depending on medical experience. Responsibilities: Register patients Answer phones Notify patient of payment amount for imaging procedures and general account questions. Collect and post payments daily Update insurance and patient account information. Audit tickets. Communicate with patients, co-workers, and physicians on a professional level. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Experience working in a medical environment preferred Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with others Detail oriented and organized Phone etiquette Professional and respectful demeanor Can multitask in a fast pace environment Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Experience working in an office Advanced computer and accurate data entry skills Knowledge of clerical processes Proven customer service abilities Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
