We’re now hiring a Residential Manager for our Independent Living Program! In this role, you’ll ensure services run smoothly, support staff, and help our residents thrive. You’ll collaborate with Program Coordinators, lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers, and keep everything running efficiently.

Supervise and support staff to deliver quality care
Manage daily operations and meet program goals
Hire, train, and evaluate employees
Keep things organized, on track, and positive

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Knowledge & Skills
Ability to manage basic household tasks.
Strong observation skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to build positive, cooperative working relationships.
Sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Additional experience and/or a four-year degree in a related human services field is a plus.
Must obtain DD certification within 18 months of hire.
Position includes a six-month introductory period.
