Job Overview This role is US based and is remote. Sponsorship will not be offered.

The Senior Digital Product Analyst supports TE Connectivity’s Digital Product Team by providing the analysis, structure, and storytelling that help product initiatives move forward efficiently and with data‑driven clarity. This role ensures that product decisions are grounded in data, documentation is current and organized, adoption and KPIs are tracked, and progress is communicated effectively across stakeholders. A key area of focus includes supporting initiatives tied to martech platform migrations and integrations, including te.com, CMS, product content management, marketing automation, and personalization tools.

The Digital COE partners across TE to embed digital strategy, tools, and expertise that help teams plan, build, and improve digital solutions, evolving TE’s digital ecosystem and delivering seamless, user‑focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Data‑Driven Storytelling

Lead the collection and interpretation of data needed to justify stories and features entering the product backlog.

Partner with the Digital CoE Analytics Manager to source, validate, and visualize product metrics and performance data.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers that measure adoption, performance, and delivery outcomes.

Collaborate with the Comms team to create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint deliverables and narratives that tell the story of product progress and impact.

Maintain and regularly update the team’s “Release Notes Deck,” documenting what has been delivered and showcasing value over time.

Product Documentation & Requirements

Maintain organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date product documentation in Confluence, including use cases, flow diagrams, implementation decisions, and release notes.

Support Product Managers and Owners in gathering requirements, drafting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

Partner with UX designers to incorporate usability findings, research insights, and customer feedback into requirements and documentation.

Capture and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and next steps across workshops, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives.

Operations & Delivery Support

Collaborate with Operations and Program Management (Comms) to ensure visibility into progress, adoption, risks, and dependencies across product workstreams.

Track product deliverables, metrics, and outcomes, ensuring consistent reporting against team KPIs.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and retrospectives—capturing action items, assigning owners, and ensuring follow‑up.

Support recurring executive and product review reporting, ensuring deliverables are accurate, concise, and aligned with business goals.

Martech & Platform Support

Support product work related to martech system migrations and integrations (e.g., te.com, CMS, product content management, marketing automation, and personalization).

Assist in documenting requirements, dependencies, and implementation considerations with input from technical, UX, and product stakeholders.

Track and communicate progress without owning or leading the migration efforts directly.

Ownership of Small Initiatives

Lead smaller‑scale product or operational initiatives from concept through delivery, applying agile practices and analytical rigor.

Use data and stakeholder input to define goals, execute plans, and measure impact.

What your background should look like: Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, UX, Information Systems, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of experience in a product, business analysis, or product operations role.

Familiarity with digital and martech ecosystems such as CMS, PIM, marketing automation, and personalization tools.

Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Strong written and visual communication skills—able to distill complex information into clear PowerPoint narratives and dashboards.
