R9132It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!*We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.***Position**: Representative, Regional Sales**Report to Title**: Manager, Sales TBS**Location**: Miami**Date**: December 2025**Position Overview**The RSR is responsible for growing existing business and developing new business with dealers and distributors in the assigned region to meet/exceed the business objectives of the Company.**Responsibilities*** Other duties may be assigned including the following:* Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners and potential customers* Develop a pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting* Respond to customer inquiries regarding the products, conducting demonstrations, and explaining product benefits* Provide customers with follow-up communication* Analyze sales statistics and prepare reports* Handle administrative duties such as filing expense accounts, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans* Meet or exceed sales goals* Develop credibility and build relationships with clients* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits* Guide customers through the sales process from application to activation* Follows quality system procedures**Basic Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.* Good communication skills* Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team to implement business development initiatives.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software* Good written and verbal communication skills* Valid Class C Driver’s License* Must have a good driving record**Preferred Qualifications*** 2 to 3 years of outside sales experience* AA or BA degree in Marketing or related field is preferred* Ability to travel (up to 50%) in the territory* Proven track record of sales success*if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!* #J-18808-Ljbffr
