This is a part-time position expected to work approximately 12 hours per week. The specific number of hours will be set by management. The Apartment Manager will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, the residents' needs are met, and the community is supported in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This role is essential to supporting Cascadia Health’s commitment to providing stable and affordable housing as a critical component of holistic health care.**Responsibilities**:* Manage all aspects of apartment operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.* Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain safety and cleanliness.* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors as needed.* Manage tenant applications, leases, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.* Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.* Monitor rent collections and address delinquencies.* Provide crisis or emergency response as needed.**Operating Hours**: This is a part-time position expected to work approximately 12 hours per week. The specific number of hours will be set by management. Due to the nature of residential work, the Apartment Manager must be flexible and available to address emergencies outside of regular working hours.**Housing Details**: The Apartment Manager will be provided with an apartment as part of the compensation package. Please note that housing for all household members of the manager's unit is contingent upon employment with Cascadia Health as an on-site manager.
