Your Role as ADON: As an
Assistant Director of Nursing , you will be an essential part of our leadership team, ensuring high‑quality care for our residents while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing
clinical leadership
and assisting the Director of Nursing in managing and improving patient care quality.
Mentoring and training staff
– fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Ensuring regulatory compliance
with state and federal healthcare standards.
Developing a positive work culture
that prioritizes resident care and staff development.
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN License in Ohio
(required).
At least two years of nursing leadership experience
(ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role).
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills .
Passion for long‑term care and a commitment to resident well‑being .
Ability to inspire, educate, and support a dedicated nursing team .
