Service Advisor Position
DCH Honda of Mission Valley is now hiring for a Service Advisor. The pay range is $5,000-$12,000 monthly. The department hours are Monday to Friday from 7-6 and Saturday from 7-5. Responsibilities include initiating automotive services and repairs, verifying warranty coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, maintaining customer records, serving as a communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, calculating customer's payment, preparing repair orders, communicating additional repair and service needs to the customer, administering the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs, and keeping the customer informed of service specials, completion times, and service expenses. Qualifications include previous Service Advisor experience, prior experience as an automotive technician, a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service, basic mechanical understanding of an automobile, acceptable driving record, and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
