Spherion Staffing has an opportunity for a Sales Opener. In this role you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to the Sales organization. You will be required to learn all aspects of Company's products along with all system, sales, and underwriting processes to work efficiently within the Sales organization and other business units to maintain a quick and seamless funding process. You will work directly with the New Sales, Business Development and Accounting teams to ensure that all client submissions, documents, statements, inquiries and stipulations are quickly and accurately processed. You will also work with external partners, the Business Development team, and Accounting from a reporting and process workflow perspective. This is a full-time position. Days/Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m CST. Rare but occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Pay $25-30/hour DOE Responsibilities: Real-time management and ownership of Sales submissions from referral partners and marketing initiatives, properly updating CRMs, internal systems, and reports Inform Sales Advisors with tracking down, documenting, and processing all requested funding stipulations Work with external partners on lending applications, and manage the closing documentation process Review and verify submitted documentation for accuracy, completeness & compliance Maintain organized & updated records of all documentation for reference & auditing purposes Work with multiple systems (CRM, Underwriting & Support) to effectively process applications and funding requests Prepare and distribute ISO commission and clawback reports to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance when sending report Working hours: Various Shifts Available Skills: Business finance experience preferred but not required Education: Bachelors Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (college degree desired but not required) Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Capable of adjusting to frequent changes and maintaining productivity Polite and professional personality that's able to communicate with individuals at all levels Competencies: Attention to detail Proficient with MS Office (including Teams) and CRMs Communication proficiency Exceptional organizational skills Self-Motivated but also a team player Problem solving & analysis Proven ability to work independently
