High-growth tech company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CFO and CPO. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside two beloved, respected leaders who oversee G&A functions during a period of significant transformation and growth. In this role, you'll manage complex, fast-moving calendars, draft and triage communications, arrange travel, attend leadership team meetings, drive cross-functional initiatives forward, and oversee another EA. You will also provide support to the leadership team with events, off‑site planning, and ad hoc tasks when needed. Someone adaptable to shifting priorities and meetings in real-time, who thrives on execution, can confidently manage workload and capacity, and can build strong relationships across all levels. Previous experience in high‑growth tech, startup, or VC environments is a must. This is a hybrid role: Tuesdays/Thursdays in‑office, based in downtown San Francisco. 150-170K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, flexible POT and catered lunches.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level support to the CFO and the CPO.

Manage complex, ever-changing calendars, prioritizing effectively across competing demands and shifting meetings in real-time as situations evolve.

Proactively manage workload and recommend adjustments to protect time and capacity.

Manage email inboxes, drafting communications, triaging messages, and flagging follow‑ups.

Attend leadership team meetings and partner with leaders on cross‑functional initiatives and programming.

Drive key organizational initiatives forward, ensuring compliance with key deadlines and maintaining team cohesion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the CFO and CPO’s leadership teams. Build strong relationships and serve as a pulse point to keep executives informed and initiatives on track.

Provide support to the leadership teams with off‑site planning, events, team support, and expenses when needed.

Oversee and manage an EA who supports two other executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring consistency in executive support across the leadership team.

Support team onboarding, organizational changes, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a high-growth tech, startup, or VC environment.

Experience supporting HR functions is desired.

Execution-oriented with the ability to get things done quickly and efficiently. Strong sense of ownership of tasks and projects through completion.

Adaptable and comfortable with constant change, able to pivot in real-time as needs shift.

Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous, especially about how things are presented and communicated.

Relationship builder who is approachable, warm, and able to work effectively across all levels of stakeholders.

Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly shift in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Proactive problem‑solver, always thinking two steps ahead and anticipating needs.

Strong discretion to handle sensitive HR and financial matters with appropriate confidentiality.
