Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the work area, including espresso machines and food preparation surfaces. Prepare food items according to Starbucks recipes and guidelines, ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed. Effectively merchandise products to promote sales and enhance the customer experience. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all aspects of the role. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously. Utilize general mathematics skills for accurate order taking and cash handling. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Minimum Qualifications:
