You have a strong understanding of the market, a clear view of how to manage a healthy book of business, and take pride in fostering a collaborative team environment by mentoring and supporting underwriters and senior underwriters to grow and succeed. You have **at least** **7** **years of experience underwriting,** preferably in the high net worth space and you are comfortable owning a book of business. Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people. Well, there’s nothing average about PURE, and our Underwriting role is no exception. We’re all on the same team working together to provide the highest quality insurance experience to our membership! So, while our excellent service groups work diligently to serve our brokers and membership with standard requests, you’ll manage the higher complexity endorsements and review inspections. And as PURE's gatekeeper, protecting our membership will remain top of mind when you quote and bind new business and renewals. Accountability and responsibility are key in this role, as our Underwriting Specialists are entrusted with a high level of authority. **Compensation Package:**
The base salary for this role can range from $95,000 to $115,000, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience. You will also be eligible for annual merit-based increases and discretionary bonuses.
