Tax Manager - Hybrid About Us:

We are seeking a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager based out of our San Francisco, CA office. Someone with industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector is a big plus. You are expected to be in the office 3x/week. What You'll Do:
This well seasoned individual will work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. In this position, you will take a lead role on all aspects of tax engagements, supervise/mentor staff, and build/maintain relationships with clients. What we Offer:

You should know some of the following:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution * CPA, JD, LLM or MST required * Minimum of 5+ years of professional services experience required * Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions is required for the Senior position * Industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector a plus * Demonstrated strategic leadership. Defining market opportunities, creating a strategic plan, process and deployment capabilities * Strong verbal communication. Demonstrate clear verbal communication * Strong writing skills. Demonstrate clear written professional communication
