Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to hunt, win, and grow revenue across industrial and manufacturing accounts. This individual contributor role owns the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and close—while expanding revenue within an assigned book of business.

Key Job Duties

Own and Grow a Book of Business Manage a portfolio of industrial and manufacturing accounts; prospect new customers while expanding revenue across existing accounts.

Execute Full-Cycle Sales Activities Lead all stages of the sales process—including discovery, pitch, demo, proposal, and close—while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting within HubSpot.

Develop Strategic Account Plans Build account maps, identify multi-threading strategies, craft executive-level business cases, and collaborate across teams to drive deal success.

Design High-Value Customer Solutions Understand complex customer challenges and align them with Aetos’s digital twin and imaging platform through tailored proposals and solutioning.

Drive Outbound and Market Penetration Efforts Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, events, conferences, and on-site visits while representing Aetos in the industrial technology market.

Minimum Requirements

5-8 years proven success as a full-cycle Account Executive in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in enterprise software or industrial technology.

Demonstrated track record of landing, closing, and expanding revenue, with measurable achievements in quota attainment.

High proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot, with strong forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and demo delivery capabilities.

Ability to operate with autonomy and excel in a fast-moving, high-ownership, low-structure environment.

Atlanta-based, with ability to work hybrid (2 days in-office). Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
