Are you organized, people-oriented, and ready to start a career in property management? Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station is looking for a Resident Billing & Payments Coordinator (official title: Accounting & Collections Specialist) to join our friendly and supportive team!
In this role, you'll help residents with rent payments, keep account records accurate, and assist with billing questions. You don't need years of experience-just strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Post and reconcile rent payments, fees, and resident charges
Keep resident account ledgers accurate and organized
Reach out to residents about overdue balances and set up payment arrangements
Process move-out statements and security deposit returns
Answer resident questions about billing and payments
Provide excellent service while supporting the community's financial health
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or accounting coursework is a plus)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Prior customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office experience all count!)
Saturday availability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
