We’re now on the lookout for our next SDR Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing SDR function at a company that’s transforming the way recruiters work, through AI and automation.

What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a talented SDR team

Drive outbound strategy and execution

Collaborate with sales leadership to hit ambitious targets

Build and refine processes that fuel growth

What we’re looking for:

Proven track record managing SDRs/BDRs in a fast‑paced environment

Passion for coaching and developing top talent

Strong operational and strategic mindset

Desire to be part of a scaling SaaS company with big ambitions
