Position Summary The Sales Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting store leadership with daily operations. This role bridges sales and leadership by guiding associates on the sales floor, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customers receive the signature Böhme boutique experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience
Deliver warm, personalized service to every customer
Lead by example in styling, product knowledge, and selling techniques
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and brand‑aligned communication
Support fitting room engagement and personalized styling sessions
Sales & Store Performance
Help drive store sales goals through active selling and team motivation
Support in tracking KPIs and coaching team members toward improvement
Reinforce daily priorities from Store/Assistant Manager
Operational Support
Open and/or close the store when scheduled
Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
Assist with inventory tasks: restocking, transfers, markdowns, and shipment processing
Maintain floor organization, cleanliness, and presentation
Serve as the go‑to support for associates during manager absence
Provide feedback, guidance, and encouragement to team members
Model professionalism, teamwork, and Böhme brand values
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for women’s fashion and styling
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced boutique environment
Dependable, responsible, and comfortable making decisions
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
