Lead and manage all field operations for structural concrete work on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and budget. Oversee formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing activities. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and progress. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records. Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all jobsite activities.
