Swire Coca-Cola seeks a distinguished Senior IT Product Manager to serve as a strategic partner to C-suite executives and key stakeholders in HR, Legal, and Finance. In this influential role, you will proactively research, identify, and champion technology solutions that anticipate business needs and drive future capabilitiesoften before requests are made. You will shape and execute technology roadmaps, oversee the full product lifecycle, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate excels at influencing executive decisions, fostering collaboration, and aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives to achieve measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Align technology initiatives with Supply Chain business objectives, identifying market trends, innovative solutions, and technical needs to drive value for stakeholders and users. Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain leaders and business unit managers, collaborating to shape long-term IT strategies and gather requirements for product enhancements tailored to supply chain operations. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic IT products supporting Supply Chain, from ideation and planning to launch, assessment, and iteration. Lead the implementation of product management principles across functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and products; manage a team of 2+ Product Managers and/or Product Owners, providing mentorship and fostering team collaboration. Implement agile practices, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement through iterative solutions, and facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance team efficiency. Leverage emerging tech trends and conduct market analysis to propose enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction within the Supply Chain context. Oversee product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and support for users, support teams, and enablement initiatives. Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with Supply Chain needs. Track and optimize KPIs such as business value delivery, user adoption rates, on-time delivery, return on investment, etc. and KPI achievement rates. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field required Master's Degree Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred 6+ years in product management leading initiatives, products, or services that drive organizational technology evolution required 8+ years in technology management roles with relevant functional experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations teams required Portfolio strategy and market analysis experience Come and join our Sparkling team!
