Assembler
Assembler responsibilities include but are not limited to: Using pre-assembled frames; assemble bottom sheets, insulation boards, interior liners, sides, tops, and backs of convection ovens. Select required parts Fasten oven parts using appropriate pneumatic and manual tools, jigs, and fixtures Apply final finishes (doors, racks, and trim accessories) to all stainless steel ovens Install assembled components in ovens Adjust burner flame, test safety pilot and tests for gas leaks throughout the gas piping system Install and test all electric wiring in ovens Install electrical components (motors, switches, etc.), sub-assemblies and color-coded wiring following prescribed wiring diagrams Perform final electrical tests for oven performance and proper dielectric properties Provide assistance in other areas insulating, welding, final assembly, blending, crating, etc. Must be able to read oven orders and understand which parts are required to go with ovens Weld manufacturing parts into welded frame assembly ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
