Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration, business or other related field; ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources leadership, preferably in municipal/public sector; and must have a valid driver’s license. License must be unrestricted except for corrective lenses.
Salary Category: Full Time. Status: Open. Salary: The 2026 salary range is $143,395 – $198,804. Effective January 1, 2027, there will be a 4.75% general increase to all steps of all ranges.
