We are looking to hire 4 roofing sales representatives in our North Mississippi market areas. We currently have openings in Starkville, Columbus, Tupelo and Oxford. As a Roofing Specialists, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and assist them throughout the roofing process. We are a 5-star company, as rated on Google. We take pride in delivering high quality residential and commercial roof replacements and repairs with a customer service-first approach. We provide you with the tools and training you need to build a lucrative career in one of the area's fastest growing and consistent industries.
Duties
Generating sales leads
Consistently arriving, in a timely manner, to pre-set and confirmed roofing appointments
Cold calling B2B and home to home.
Presenting sales proposals and convert into sales while building long-term customer relationships.
Attending team meetings and training (most remotely)
Networking with existing and outside prospects to build a customer base outside of the leads we provide you.
Climbing and inspecting residential and commercial roofs.
Compensation and Benefits
Commission-ONLY
Guaranteed inspection pay (draw against future earnings during training period) + lucrative commission structure

Minimum: sales or inspection experience preferred but not required (or similar work history)
Travel Requirements: Daily in assigned areas. You are not required to come to our Tupelo office on a daily basis.
Also looking to hire in the Grenada area.
Must have personally owned reliable transportation, smart phone, and ladder. *
