Position Overview The Tax Senior will support a broad client base across multiple industries and play a key role in the continued growth of the tax practice while enjoying long-term career advancement without the need to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Review federal and multi-state tax returns, with an emphasis on flow-through entities.
Conduct tax research using online tools.
Perform general accounting tasks as needed on engagements.
Train, mentor, and develop Staff Accountants.
Communicate proactively with managers, leadership, and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
CPA certification or active pursuit of licensure.
3+ years of public accounting experience.
Proven review experience.
Strong computer proficiency; experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
