Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic area by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. This role requires a proactive, results‑driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profit goals.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Service existing accounts and generate new business through effective prospecting and relationship‑building.
Plan and organize daily work schedules to maximize territory coverage and sales opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals based on customer requirements and company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Submit timely reports on sales activities, market intelligence, and performance metrics.
Resolve customer issues promptly by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training, networking, and industry research.
Attend company meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications

Proven prospecting and closing skills.

Negotiation skills and confidence in decision‑making.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and company‑provided technology tools.

Physical Requirements
Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Ability to climb stairs, walk, and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Frequent communication with customers, employees, and management.
Travel within assigned territory as required.
