This role requires a strategic and solution-oriented approach to addressing client needs, driving sales, and fostering long-term partnerships. The Major Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of tailored supply chain solutions.**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.* Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.* Conduct regular business reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients.* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and objectives are met or exceeded.* Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Blue Yonder’s product offerings to provide expert consultation to clients.**Technical Environment:*** Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing client information and sales activities.* Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions.* Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies used in Blue Yonder’s product suite.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
