Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase their property portfolios, advise on product frequency and return on investment, and drive advertising revenue through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships through consultative sales and become a trusted advisor for clients’ strategic marketing plans.
Prospect new clients and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data and market insights.
Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive sales revenue.
Develop deep expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel by car, including occasional travel beyond the local driving radius.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of sales experience in a business‑to‑business (B2B) environment.
2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Current, valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long‑term relationships and business partnerships at senior/C‑Suite levels.
Strong analytical skills; ability to build reporting, analyze market data, and make strategic recommendations.
Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle before or by start date.
Adaptability to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter who can thrive both independently and in a team environment.
