Position Summary
The Regional LNR Sales Manager isresponsible for driving revenue growth across multiple hotel properties withinan assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic salesplans, managing key LNR accounts, managing LNR accounts, identifying new LNRopportunities to increase market share and profitability, and maintain and growcurrent LNR accounts.
Essential Job Functions
Buildand maintain relationships with key corporate, group, leisure, and traveltrade accounts.
Monitorproperty sales performance, provide guidance, and ensure consistentstandards across locations.
Conductregular site visits, participate in high-level client meetings, and tradeevents to promote regional properties.
Collaboratewith revenue management and marketing teams to align strategies andmaximize RevPAR and occupancy.
Prepareand present regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses tosenior leadership.
Allother duties as directed by the President.
