to join our Greenville Avenue team. This part-time role is all about hosting the floor with heart and hospitality—creating joy, connecting with customers, and making every visit memorable.

About the Role As a
Sales + Styling Captain , you’ll do more than sell—you’ll create connection. Your mission is to delight every customer who walks through the door, whether it’s by helping them find the perfect gift, building a stylish outfit, or simply being a bright spot in their day.
For Captains who seek leadership, we offer a higher pay for those trained and certified to be Manager on Duty.
The Role
Treat every customer like a guest at your party
Build meaningful relationships that bring people back
Help shoppers find just the right thing—style, gift, or vibe
Style looks and share your product knowledge with confidence
Keep the store looking beautiful, clean, and inviting
You’re Perfect for This If You…
Are outgoing, friendly, and ready to connect
Can replicate style that relates to our customers
Have a sunny‑side‑up disposition and a servant‑hearted approach
Are reliable, respectful, and quick on your feet
Can work 6‑8 hours on your feet
Have strong awareness and a natural sense of hospitality
Love fashion, gifting, and good vibes
The Details
Part‑time role scheduled between 16 and 30 hours a week
Must be able to work 4 weekend days a month
Increased pay for Captains who complete Manager on Duty training and certification
Growth opportunities for standout performers

Must be able to work holiday season (the last 3 weeks in December)
