Maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
Manage projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality audit work.
Contribute to business development efforts and relationship-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm methodologies.
Collaborate with leadership to support operational excellence and practice growth.
Qualifications:
5+ years of public accounting experience.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
Active CPA license required.
Business development experience is a plus.
